Belt conveyor is one of the first and simplest production automation solutions. Belt conveyors are mainly used for transporting light and medium-weight products/packages/etc. Our belt conveyors are made of MiniTec aluminum profiles and SEW Eurodrive drive.

BELT CONVEYOR WITH BLADES
A mobile belt conveyor with blades made of aluminum profile with a feeder that also serves as a product separator.It is also possible to add a cover to the conveyor at the height of the blades, so that there is a certain maximum amount of product in front of each blade.A feed container of different sizes allows the operator a time buffer to deal with other things in the case of manual filling.We have manufactured this type of conveyors mainly for the food, plastic and wood industries, but the real field of use is quite wide.

Roller conveyors are divided into two:
• Motorized
• Free running
We produce roller conveyors from MiniTec aluminum profile, and for the motorized version we use the SEW Eurodrive drive. For free-running roller conveyors, height and angle of inclination are important. The angle of inclination is generally determined by the weight and dimensions of the transported product.
